    The challenges1. Company expending way too fast- the employee need to work hard to maintain existing customer and accommodate new demand from customer 2. Work to manual- idea and innovation was not able to implement as consider too cost inefficient.Although for long run its suppose to bring huge benefit to company 3.Management fail to find a way to simplify the job as they too focus on new business 4. Staff overwork as need to cater demand from customer with limited headcount 5. No support buddy thus need to work even though you on MC or on leave, as your team not able to do proper back up as they also have so much on their plate.
