Good students but be ready to do anything and everything
The good thingsIf you're a new teacher looking for a small environment to hone your skills, this place would be an ideal location.
The challengesDo note that management tends to play favourite and you need to be ready to do things out of your usual role. Its a company that prides everyone as family, so you should have that expectation to always give your all to the company.

Great for development bad for your mental health.
The good thingsThe people and students are great and very nice. Alot of fun activities that engage students and culture for students initiative is built. You'll learn to do alot take it with a pinch of salt. A good environment to learn and grow I other areas of teach /managing. You'll wear a lot of hats 😏
The challengesExpect to take on multiple roles. Salary is average. You'll be expected to commit outside of work with your time and mental health. Taking leave for anything is hard and will met with disdain. Management has ways of playing favourites. Culture is always be willing and not complain. Your feedback will be heard but not taken into account. You'll be working for passion and "for the kids"

    Work for passion not pay
The good thingsThe environment is good and people are very nice. Kids are very friendly and helpful.
The challengesHard to apply for leave even if its something necessary. Management expect you to be willing do things apart from teaching. Feedback will be heard but disregarded. You'll be expected to work for passion and not be rewarded.

    Busy yet great
The good thingsExposure to various culture throughout the school activities and students behavior. Have chances on leading a group and at the same time also help others in their task. Students are well mannered and are really polite as compared to other school.
The challengesA lot to do but it is okay because I need that for my career development. I would suggest less effort by the teacher but more by the students so that they will learn how to do it instead of hoping for teacher's help only.

    A small school in Brickfields
The good thingsThe students are kind and helpful. A lot of freedom in lesson planning.
The challengesLeadership style of the principal. There’s no proper discipline teacher hence the students’ discipline were way out of hand. Students are not exposed to competitions outside. Most of the teachers are required to do multiple jobs in the school (multi-role). There’s mold in the staff’s room which caused some teachers to get sick.
