    No work Life balance and heavy workload
    The good thingsThe working environment is good and there is no politic between co workers.
    The challengesHeavy workload and high pressure. We need to provide fully support for the the region, OT is normal in this company... Additionally, the pay and increment are insanely low

    Very poor career growth and huge amount of workload
    The good thingsOur team members are very helpful, everyone are selfless about sharing knowledge. There is zero politics in between colleagues.
    The challengesIncrement is insanely low. Not to mention the career growth is very bad, yet the workload is also extremely unreasonable. Sales people always request short turnaround time which upper management can do nothing about it. You will have no worklife balance (although they claimed that is their practice) Last but not least, if you are expecting to see yourself being a bigger man in 5 years time, this is definitely NOT the place for you.

    great enviroment
    The good thingsI like the team dynamic. Always help each other in delivery the task given. Any information needed will always being shared without hesitation. Encourage to develop skills and timing to follow dateline. Close discussion via chat with team members eventhough everyone support different region.
    The challengesDifferent timezone. Different holiday period due to main factory based in China. And we are supporting whole almost every country not only Asia region. It will become challenging if there's any short notice request from client that need the be done by the factory.

    The good thingsThe environment are good, this company have a very bright future. More skill and knowledge gain. It challenge you in terms of speed and accuracy. Team work together and moving towards the same goal. All senior and manager are approachable and easy to interact with in solving problem.
    The challengesThe challenges in this company is that the workload sometime can be unmanageable. Especially during festive season. This position need a lot of decision making and we need to take responsibility on all the decision made and this causes a lot of pressure from surrounding especially client
