I was given plenty of opportunity to help our our counterparts in Jakarta which involved travelling.
The challengesThere as a steep learning curve - once you are in the company you are expected to keep up. However the good thing about it is that you get to go as far as you want based on your own will and determination. Good work gets recognised and rewarded eben though it may seem difficult to achieve at times.
