HAYS is on a next level
The good thingsSalary package is extremely strong. (Haven't found another firm that can put up a challenge in this area...yet) Very supportive environment Dedicated consulting/ sales trainer Two HQ offices in two central locations, amazing for flexibility.
The challengesLife can be a bit extravagant yet fast-paced at HAYS. Sometimes, it will be wise to remember to slow down and work at your own pace. HAYS elevates the potential of your future tremendously and puts you far above people your age in the career game - remember to always stay humble

Being here for more than a year half, I am glad that I was given an opportunity to work here.
The good thingsWe have a fun working environment and the organisation runs in a very transparent environment. In addition to that, the company also compensate us very well in rewards. Would like to say that this company really practices the work hard play environment.
The challengesI would say trying to achieve our monthly KPIs because it's quite difficult to achieve them at times. I don't think there isn't much to improve on because so far everything has been going well.

Meritocratic career and unlimited earning potential
The good thingsThe people, everyone from new joiners to senior management: they are all high energy, outcomes-focused and genuinely nice. Clear and transparent career path and commission structure. Amazing side benefits and rewards.
The challengesThe challenges are more generic ones typical of the recruitment industry as a whole (the need to continually perform, hard to take long annual leave breaks, unreliable customers).

Best place in the world to work
The good things-Impossible to get this much money anywhere else -Extremely steep career progression -Both offices very convenient to public transport -Known to give the best training, and its true. Everyday is a learning curve and these skills aren't just confined to office. I use them outside work to get anything I want, at anytime. -Opportunities to travel overseas frequently (because of the soaring salary, and also for business purposes)
The challengesIt is a very competitive environment and it isn't for everybody. But if constant learning, network building and money money money is your motivation, you will flourish in HAYS.

    Great career progression
The good thingsClear career progression and strict measures of KPIs make it very meritocratic working here. Everyone is very similar in terms of wave length - hard working, goal driven, and family oriented. Hays does great initiatives for increasing productivity and employee wellbeing such as office-wide games/initiatives to drive KPIs, awards for each employee's milestone, and also great welfare for the entire staff. Salary is great too - basic is significantly higher than market value, but commission is the what drives the consultants to work harder.
The challengesFor people who aren't goal or team or individually driven, working here is not for them. KPIs are strict but a clear path for promotion/career progression, so those who can't self-motivate will struggle.

The challengesVery performance-driven, pushes you to go above and beyond. Can be stressful, but if you can manage that and set the right action plans, it can be rewarding.

Great Career Progression in a Meritocratic and Transparent Environment
The good thingsThe teamwork and unity within the business is one of a kind. Progression in Hays is entirely up to individuals and the promotional criteria is uniform across the board and once you hit it, you will be promoted. I have been promoted 5 times in the span of 5.5 years, and my salary has more than quadrupled since i first joined Hays. The connection you make in Hays is long-lasting and very impactful.
The challengesHigh expectations, though if you do raise above it all and meet those expectations, the rewards are incredible and you become very visible within the organization.

Excellent platform to learn for fresh graduates
The good thingsExcellent career opportunities for people who are looking for a fresh start in recruitment. Looking for a company where you can be autonomous and be able to dictate your own success? Look no further. Great support from management and seniors.
The challengesRecruitment, as with most other sales roles come with high expectations and pressure, not everyone can handle this. To excel here you will need to know how to channel your stress positively and use it to always push yourself further.
