The good thingsJust working for the money and to survive.
The challengesWork on some public holidays and also weekend especially during end of the month. Long working hours without any paid OT. High monthly target base. No benefits whatsoever other than basic salary. Commission is average and annual leave only 12 days per year. No career development, no hospitalization, dental or vision package and no company/group insurance. Not ideal for a family man and maybe even not ideal for anyone to be brutally honest. The boss only focus on collection amount and welfare/benefits for the staff is pretty much non existent.
