    The administrative management of this company in 2020 has been greatly improved, and the salary is no longer like the old administrative management before. It is a new policy and management policy. The boss still pays the employees first under the financial difficulties. Therefore, some positive employees are still willing to continue to tide over the epidemic with the company.

    TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT AND NOT WORTH FOR CAREER GROWTH
    The good thingsI learn many new things with some of the senior staff there. There are kind to teach and correct you if you are wrong.
    The challengesHR are very terrible. Salary always pay so late and mileage claim is so cheap like we are still in stone age.

    The challengesToo much work to do and not enough employees. Cannot claim ot. Every day work late hour need to stay back Mangement not care about the employees always push to finish work. Always use the words that not proper at office.

    The good thingsThey let you hands on handling full project(s), where you can actually learn quite lot of procurement process, contract awarding, cost analysis and etc. You will also have the chance to deal with Managing Director in the contract finalisation with contractors
    The challengesThe environment where the other team not giving good cooperation. Example procurement not giving feedback when site is chasing for materials, and you've to deal with supplier at some particular of time.
