Customer serviceThe good thingsManager shared a lot of SAP system skills and communication skills to us. She is kind person and a patient person to teach and explain the knowledge what she have and her experience work in the company. She taught us how to handle the problem when we meet a critical customers.
The challengesThe most difficult thing is to arrange the technician to fix a problematic machine when there was short of technician available. We tried talk to customer nicely and patiently in order to deal with better arrangement.
