    OK for short-term. Not for long-term.
    The good thingsFriendly colleagues and bosses who will guide you with your work. Great environment. Not stressful. Great work-life balance. Health benefits is considered good even for contract staffs.
    The challengesNo increment and bonus. If you are a fresh graduate, this company is not for long-term. Low chance of getting career advancement and promoted to higher position.

    The good thingsWork like boomer, no need punch card. Also lunchtime is so long. Want to grow? Get out from here.
    The challengesHR always absent since the lunchtime is long. No increment, bonus only for old staff. New staff don't dream to get high pay in this company. Bosses expect you to do everything but little help and compensation given. Just get out while you can. AVOID AT ALL COST!

    The good thingsMy colleague was super helpful and I learned new things during my 5 months internship in HIOS department. The employees were very friendly and it's a great environment for me to explore more about IT field.
    The challengesSince, it's a self learning environment so and it's a must for me to explore more by myself. But, you can still ask questions to the Seniors there though if you really did not find any solutions on problem you worked on.
