    The good thingsDiverse staff and has a great office working culture. There are plenty to learn if you're making your move into the retail industry if you're looking to grow into this industry.
    The challengesLimited budget to propose events and the scarcity of actual space to run events are affected due to playing importance on overall income. Management does not appreciate the importance of marketing very much.

    The good thingsLeaders and superiors are supportive to guide and share the knowledge. Hektar Property is the best training ground for people who are interested to enter shopping mall industry. You will have a complete package for a better opportunity in the future.

    A great place to nurture your skills
    The good thingsThe atmosphere is great and the staffs are friendly. The workplace feels like home and although deadlines are to be met, the staffs work as a team to achieve good results. Bonus is average but the increment is quite good to compare with other companies. Plus there are five malls under our repertoire and all the malls are awesome!
    The challengesI would say there would be some issues in any company but if everyone learn to tolerate then the workplace would be awesome!

    The good thingsGood Learning curve especially new to shopping or retail industry. Learn to connect and work tegether with other departments in solving problems that occured. Do everything from scratch and able to manage all things like a all rounded person.
    The challengesRetailers are getting more skeptical and there is the fear in them to venture into running a business in shopping centres. Despite of the booming of new shopping centres in Klang Valley, retailers are becoming more careful when they are expanding and many factors that involves with making decision to be in the shopping centre.
