    The good thingsThe good thing is, the company have salary increment, bonus, OT, claim, and annual dinner.
    The challengesStressful if got an emergency or on call. May work with toxic people, but depends on the site you will be allocated. Career development really hard. Salaray increment could be by the client from the site or from the company.

    The good thingsit's have a good benefit and perks. the employer here are friendly and they are willing to teach and guide you with patience. And the residence also have a great personality. That make us comfortable to work with them.
    The challengesNothing much, maybe make some standard operation procedures in a piece of paper so the new employee can read it when they have free time Instead of relying on the senior to guide them.

    The good thingsThe team & support from HQ is sufficient. Latest news is conveyed promptly across all channels.
    The challengesDirectors & Managers break rules and laws. When find out, they set up the exployees to take the fall for it. A lot of scheming and plotting behind the scenes. Unless you are ready to play mindgames, do not engage with the upper management.
