    The challengesIt's stressful. Management not being helpful. Leaders like to bring out the worst in everyone. Every morning briefing is a nightmare. Supervisors like to complain so much. it's not even a brief, more like humiliating the staff.

    The good thingsHerbalife are good in taking care of staff. Full use of pantry. once a month they'll provide lunch for staff. for every meeting also all staff involve will be provided with lunch.
    The challengesMore opportunity to promote yourself to the next level. Their practice is, every promotion need an approval from global office at US.

    Friendly colleagues but no work life balance
    The good thingsFriendly and nice colleagues. Everyone from different department works as a team and help each other. Superior is willing to guide and teach. Good benefits such as 13th month salary and bonus depend on the company performance. Local and oversea business trip is one of the advantages for those who like to travel around.
    The challengesToo many ad-hoc tasks and last minute changes. Management don't have clear instruction and direction. Always conduct meeting when the off time is approaching, this caused the staff can't finish their works on hand and back on time. As this is an US company, many procedures to follow and get approval from regional office. This also waste a lot of time as local management can't make much decision.
