    The good thingsA pleasant environment for those fresh graduate because of not much of internal politic but still few. Members are quite close to each other which makes a fun working place.
    The challengesLack of promotion opportunities and personal development which is not favorable for a long term development. It may be the reason why the turnover rate quite high in this company.

    The good thingsYou are free to express your idea and open for discussion. The colleagues are friendly. Work is challenging. The best part is, you are working in a company that craft by Malaysian and have a big name is southeast Asia.

    The good thingsThe management recognizes talent and immediately get hold of one without hesitation. They are a blazing fast startup that hires a lot of young people and keeps the environment energetic and fun to work in.
    The challengesSince it's a young and fast startup, the foundation is about to set so there are a few hiccups here and there, meaning that you gotta learn a lot of things especially in managing young teams and high expectations.
