    Bad Management come from bad leader
    The good thingsYou can learn more thing from other department
    The challengesYou must know even not your job scope because your manager always blame you if you can't do even that not your job but your manager job. They downsizing company and terminate employee if they don't like and their turnover not in operation but in HQ because if the dont terminate manager will transfer you to farm at Bentong Pahang.
