    A good place to start your career.
    The good thingsWorkers safety and health is the company priority. Every rules made is to ease the production flow and protect the employees from industrial accidents. EPF and SOCSO are available, even for the part time employee. Part time employee has chance to apply for permanent position when there is job opening.
    The challengesWork station is not permanent, depending on the production schedule and quota. But, the good side is everyone get chance to learn new things. On low-order-day, everyone have to come early to secure their place/work station as the head count is lessen. This is not entirely the company fault, as the order will increase for the following weeks.
