    The good thingsFlexible. Not much advantage as the location is secluded as well and hard to reach by public unless you took buses
    The challengesMicromanaging, management have no direction. They cut salary as they wish, dont pay epf, and worst HR.

    The good thingsThe people and management are very friendly, giving you room and freedom to explore your role the way you like, as long as you're actively giving back. The allowance for the internships are on the higher end as well. Recommended for people with little to no experience looking to gain some and learn new things.
    The challengesBeing a bit self sufficient in terms of learning your skills is important. There are people to guide you, but at the end of the day, it has. to be your own initiative.

    Worst management and company
    The good thingsThe flexibility and no micromanaging. The salary is good even for the fresh graduates.
    The challengesThe high expectation and target set for individual with limited resources. The company don't invest much in new system and most of the operation is recorded manually using Excel. They will easily terminated your employment without proper process and training. There is no chances given even you are a fresh graduates with zero working experiences since they wanted you to perform well and clean up their mess. The compensation and benefits are not accommodate accordingly.

    Good careers & allowances & bonus claim from project, but the career cannot last long for those who are not from telecommunication field
    The good thingsA career with 0% knowledge still can get accepted offer as they are lack of mobile testing technician for drive test and building test.
    The challenges1. Shift hours-work based, 2. Must liaise with the building manager & HR before you proceed to your route map 3. Need to carry phone & laptop all the time for network coverage testing.
