    The good thingsThere are nice colleagues who are helpful
    The challengesNo work life balance, benefits offered different than what was advertised. Very toxic environment and a lot of mistrust from the higher management.

    The valuable experience that I gained during the period of me working here is that I learn so much about how to manage my scheduled while working and know how to identify which term to qualify a product whether they are quality or not based on the specification that were given by the Mercedes Benz operation.
    The good thingsThe good thing that I really enjoyed working here is that the working environment here is kind of flexible and I have a supportive co workers that wiling to help me anytime when I need to.
    The challengesThe challenge for me to work here maybe because to much work to handle by one person and the solution that my team management should considered is to add another person to help so the work can be more efficiently done.
