At this point, I’m not sure this place is worth the time and energy
The good thingsOperation team cooperation is okay but sometimes there’s still blaming and pushing work to other people.
The challengesThere is blame but no proper guidance provided. HR is not being professional and shows clear favoritism.

Unforgettable and educational experience during internship
The good thingsMy employer tend to expose me on situation and make me relate it with regulation and rules which very important for safety aspect. They will make me to think and figure out any potential of accident for every action of the workers and try to create or think any solution of that accident if it happen.
The challengesOnly 30 % of worker is local citizen, others are foreigner workers. Therefore, sometimes there will be a language barriers between me and thew during safety training or safety inspections. In SHE department, the numbers of staffs/worker not enough with the amount of works there.
