    I learned a lot here
    The good thingsI have good team. The job and project I am working on is fun and taught me in many ways. I enjoyed completing my task. Work life balance is good here.
    The challengesthe management kept on changing. Salary is a bit too low compared to market. transparency between management and employee seems to get worst when I left the company.

    The challengesLow salary. Less support how to gain expected salary. Most of the employee do others job or business to fulfill their expected income (effected to low focus on their main task)

    The good thingsGreat employee, great opportunities for career development, and have many benefit with the bonuses incentive and yearly appraisal make you want to challenge yourself. The salary range also quite good compare to other company.
    The challengesThe challenge is how to deal with people and to manage the problem in order to archive mutual understanding at some issues. Sometime the pressure from management need to take under control and sometime the competition between the colleague make you want to work harder

    The good thingsWorking here like ypu work at your home all the workers give good support and tread as like 1 big family working under 1 roof. Alots of good banefits can get from this company
