    Great place to work at
The good thingsColleagues, management and work culture is really good. No micro managing and a lot of trust put into employees to carry out their tasks independently.
The challengesAn employee from a typical Asian work setting might find it difficult to be self motivated to carry out tasks and make decisions on the spot with minimal supervision. However, if you are good at what you do and know how to get things done, then this would actually be a plus point.
