    The challengesNo air-condition work place for machining area but have air ventilation system to reduce heat, no transport provided but have transport allowance.

    The good thingsThe incentives for good achievement is overwhelming and the challenging work environment is a great learning and fun experience. Encouragement and empowerment by the good leadership by the top management given to employees keep the company to a world class level. I am very satisfied and happy working with the company for over 10 years and the recognition given to me is really amazing.
    The challengesThe high expectation from various stakeholders, changes and demand from the market and customer gives a great challenge in my work along with coping to employee expectations and global financial crisis gives me strength to cope with difficulties in this automotive industry. To be able to compete to be the best in whatever I do, I have always been able to be motivated with inspired leaders.
