    The good thingsAlways send staff for training to develop and enhance their knowledge for better future. Willing to listen to staff and make changes and improvement for staff good well. Helpful HR department with anything they can help to solve your problem and concern. Manager evaluate based on performance instead of relationship. Overall, a good company to work with.
    The challengesYou have to work with lots of pioneer and old staff (work from pre-opening), a challenge to communicate and delegate task to them. A deep understanding and respect is required. Be patient and be more understanding to them.
