    The challengesAs the hotel industry is operational 24 hours, so there are times when the work can be more than 8 hours

    As an Intern there, I learnt a lot. The staff or colleagues there were friendly and helpful. If you have any suggestion, you could voice out and they will take it into consideration.
    The good thingsThe benefits, you could have breakfast there. When 12pm arrives, lunch will also be provided and you could take however much you want, drinks, salad and desserts included.
    The challengesA lot of task to do as an IT since there hundreds of customer and staff. Each of them may have more than 1 devices having problems.

    The good thingsCo-workers are outgoing, supportive and the working environment is also good, as it comes with a quite high salary.
    The challengesThe management is poor especially regarding the method on how they treat part-timers. It is quite dissapointing to be honest.

    Very busy hotel but with very friendly colleague that will help each other out.
    The good thingsMy Front Office Manager and Assistant Manager treat their employee really nice and my colleague always helping each other out. As a starter, it will get stressful at first place as the hotel will always be a busy hotel. But eventually lot of things can be learn throughout the time including interacting with the guest and also learn how to use the system.
    The challengesA very busy hotel and fussy guest will come to the hotel but not all of them are fussy and it is up to you on how well can you interact with the guest and make them smile even if they are in a rush or bad mood. Being a reception is one of the important part as we interact more with guest and for sure we wouldn't want the guest to come in and leave the hotel in bad experience.
