    The good thingsVery good work-life balance and working culture where everyone is encouraged to separate between work and personal time and space.

    Laid Back Atmosphere
    The good things1. Good place to retire as the environment is very old school and laid back. 2. New efforts by HR in introducing in-house health screening. 3. External training for development.
    The challenges1. Management refuses to adopt new technologies to perform the job. 2. Most of the staff have been working there for 15 years, very complacent and they resisted changes. 3. Promotion is given to those who talk a lot, people pleasers, and those who work there longer rather than based on actual performances and productivity. 4. Staff does own business, 2nd income job during working hours.

    The good thingsVery good team work and less pressure. Very open on decision making multi tasking is needed in this company. But this company is not good for fresh graduate because we work using the previous experience skill. Less time to learn but a very good place to implement your idea.

    Reliable and awesome
    The good thingsHino is a fast growing company in Malaysia for this few years. Even the economic are not good but it still quite stable compare to other competitor. It have a nice and reliable environment which you will feels enjoy and freedom when working here. Even will feels stress when project on-going but with the nice colleague and working environment you have here, you will feels great working here.
    The challengesIt's challenging when require to support the users individually as this field only got one manpower. Even department colleague able to help but still require to follow up ourselves. The action plan is come in one by one so time flies when you are here. Due to is a Japanese company so sometime require to communicate with them and you feels awesome when able to helps.
