    Growth potential and good benefit
    The good thingsGot internal training. If you have any problem, can discuss with your superior, they are helpful and friendly. Good staff benefit, have company trip once a year. Suitable for long term career until your old age 55.
    The challengesExport thing is challenging to make sure have enough time to prepare document before dateline. The order details must be fully perfect no dull or else you are in bad performance and bad kpi. Sometimes need to stay back at office to make sure your job is correct.

    The good thingsDo not worry if you have a zero knowledges in engineering. The supervisors, technicians, and general workers were willing to teach patiently about the process that involved in at production line. They let me involved in daily routines. Everyday will learnt new thing.
    The challengesThis factory is highly recommend for beginners.

    The best experience of internship is to learn some knowledge
    The good thingsYour employer did well to give me more experience in working to all department so that I can learn the relation of each department. I also can learn how the business running well (flow of business) and the culture of being work with Japanese company. They have no problem to share their business management knowledge as long as I am willing to learn, unless you show to them that you only come for completing the terms and condition of your internship.
    The challengesMy challenges working for this company is only for the language speaking because the most worker in this company are Chinese and Japanese. Some of them are speaking in English with their own slang. I can speak mandarin but for certain words, I cant really understand them.

    Able to experience work in new environment/culture
    The good thingsI learn and experience different environment and culture in this company because the founder was from a Japan. So basically I could understand and experience how most of Japan people's work. The work environment also different, unlike most companies.
    The challengesCommunication barrier. There's also staffs/expatriate from Japan. It is hard when they can't speak English and I can't speak Japanese. Although I have learn japan language before, it is still hard to speak since they talk fast and I'm like a little kid who trying to learn to speak.

    The good thingsENJOY WORKING WITH FOREIGNER BUT THE LEADER TOO YOUNG AND CANNOT TAKE OTHER OPINION. THE MEDICALS COVER ALSO MINIMUM. MAKE SAME JOB TWO THREE TIMES A DAY AND OTHERS ARE DOING WELL.
