A good place to start your career. The good thingsI am given many opportunity to learn new things, especially technical skills such as jig troubleshooting and technical drawings which i know so little as I did not have much experience with during my study years. the company makes good electronic connectors and since this is a company under Hirose Electric Group Japan, good chance to be sent for training at Japan are given.
The challengesSince this company make profits depending on production of its products, I always need to be working during public holidays. The salary is quite low compared to other company and stayback allowance given for working extra time is also low. The stress level are also quite high but still bearable.
