    Good place for fresh graduates to gain basic experience, but not suitable for experienced IT professionals who wish to propose or implement improvements.
    The good thingsVery supportive colleagues who are always willing to help. The cafeteria serves good food with plenty of choices. Salary is paid on time without delays.
    The challengesFor the IT department, do not expect to handle major technical tasks such as configuring servers or networks, these are entirely managed by vendors. IT role is mostly coordination, with no administrator access to servers as vendors control everything. Limited freedom to implement improvement ideas, as most suggestions are rejected by management.

    The challengesToo many politics among top management. High ambitious but put wrong people to lead complex task, lead to low-grade people burdened. No personal KPI, no metrics to go higher grade. Cronyism people go higher grade faster.

    Significant Increase in Basic Salaries Increment.
    The good thingsFree Lunch. Insurance. Car Park Lot. Travel Allowance. There is some managers is leader that fix breakdowns, shows how its done and develop employees.
    The challengesLack of communication of top to bottom. Unwillingness to acknowledge problems. No Potential Growth. Micromanagement. Management expect all employees to be like them. The overall organization have serious issue of poor performing managers and the risks they may being to the company bussiness. HR fails to lead the way because they quicker to go on the defensive side.

    The good thingsA very good platform for starters, especially when you're from different job position previously. recommended for fresh grad as it makes your mental and physical stronger. free meal, time management is good.
    The challengesworkload does not suit the salary payment. yearly increment not a thing to look forward to. well if you're looking for a high salary, this is not the place. no career growth (for certain positions).

    The good thingsTop management give opportunity for self development. This company are great to start your experience how to complete the work in high quality standard. The environment also are great. All the workers are very friendly and easy to help if you are new in the company. This company also provide sport event every weekend and yearly tournament such as futsal and badminton.
    The challengesYou must compete with other talented person to make yourself visible to anyone in the company. All the worker that hire by this company are very talented and love to work. So you need to push your self harder and make something to increase your self quality of work and develop your skill but the most important thing is you must have skill for team player and communication skill.

    A good place to start your career.
    The good thingsI am given many opportunity to learn new things, especially technical skills such as jig troubleshooting and technical drawings which i know so little as I did not have much experience with during my study years. the company makes good electronic connectors and since this is a company under Hirose Electric Group Japan, good chance to be sent for training at Japan are given.
    The challengesSince this company make profits depending on production of its products, I always need to be working during public holidays. The salary is quite low compared to other company and stayback allowance given for working extra time is also low. The stress level are also quite high but still bearable.

    Great Experience
    The good thingsThis factory give me a very good experience on how to handle stress during work. Others, give me knowledge regarding time management, production on manufacturing. As this is my first company to work, overall I get a lot of good experience. Also easily to lunch as everyone can eat at canteen for free.
    The challengesThe rest time are quite pack and usually everyone need to eat very fast. Then, every Monday will have morning assembly. The management were quite difficult to deal with.

    The challengesMange to settle down the work load and analyze the factor of the problem commonly customer complain. The hardest thing is to give a reason for every single customer complain that were issued to quality control department.

    The good thingsable to learn a lot of new things and a real challenges as working in real work area. this company provides a lot of benefits such as lunch meal, uniform, hostel, bonuses and more. everyone here seems to understand their own role and function and able to share any kind of knowledge for career enhancement.

    The challengesits not easy to get people to co-operate when they only want to do their job, out of fear of their bosses. when they should be doing is carry out the normal job accordingly. I guess this is due different level of thinking when you're working in a manufacturing world. And the 2nd challenges is the work life balance is not so good. as manufacturing company , you do have to work on weekends and holidays.
