The good thingsHQ at Malaysia and weak control over subsidiary countries. Top management loves to change policy with no advanced notice to affected staffs. Salary increment very low; far less than county inflation rate. Bonus depends on top management. Top management practices on job training for all position level.
The challengesAfter you joined, please learn how to get more opportunities offer from better company.

    Good place for retirement
The good thingsAt here you can back from work on time, no need OT and work on weekend. you will have a comfortable life in comfort zone.
The challengesCompany will give you illusion this is a good benefit company but in fact, they are just below market average. You need to do many things in your job scope. More job scope but salary remain the same. Comfortable life is just applied for management level. Vision more than action.

    Hisaka Culture and Good management
The good thingsA good boss is better than a good company. A good boss would discipline you, train you, develop you. Hisaka changed me to the next level. Guide me to the right direction to see the picture. Appreciated my Boss and all Hisaka collegues. Thank You all of you really treated me like a family member and trusted me.
The challengesThe Challenges handle urgent Logistics arrangement and management. More opportunities to handle news things that I have never handled before.

    Bad management and team work
The good thingsFive days working. Medical benefit includes annual medical check up.
The challengesManagement team should be employed from outside rather than internal promoting executive whom are lack of management skills.

Mismanaged company with Typical Japanese conservative culture
The good thingsCertain good colleagues which are friendly and helpful. They treat you like a family. International colleagues are also very friendly. The best part is you get to travel to other countries to meet new people.
The challengesInnovation in the management culture. Culture is too old fashioned and conservative. People are working like robots. Not working like growing employees. Good place to work if you are aiming to peacefully have a job with no progression, in other words retirement. Not so good if for those with passion and wish to grow
