    Newbie management and extremely high workload
    The good thingsAble to meet new friends every month.
    The challengesManagement like to exaggerate everything. Only have 50% medical allowance but always say better than MNC. Always say company is growing, thus workload is higher, but in reality, 1 person need to do 3 person job due to understaff.
