Everything is transparent in their Appraisal System , Compensation and Benefit as well as the care that given to the staff. When we work we work hard to achieve the given target and at the same time when come to reward we will be given whatever that we deserve. A very friendly and caring community.
    The challengesWork culture is a small area that have the challenges as this organisation is having Japan as their Headquaters. Once we have adapted to the work culture which is speed, sincere and clear we are able to take up any new challenges in future.     The good thingsThe overall operation systems seems improving from time to time. That is a good sign to enhance and to increase productivity amongst workers and creates self-motivation. The working environment is well managed and highly concerned on workplace safety and health.
    The challengesThe business nature is really tough to compete within similar industry player. It is not convincing and really hard to survive. The global market plunged drastically as the technology change took place very robust. Furthermore, the supply chain (raw material) is quite unpredictable.
