    I am a dedicated technician with experience in green procurement, document control and administrative support within a manufacturing environment.
    The good thingsI am thankful for the opportunity to gain experience and grow. The company had a good system, and my manager supported me when i needed help.
    The challengesDuring busy periods, the workload could be high, and deadlines were tight. But i learned how to manage stress and stay focused under pressure.

    Stay away from this company
    The good thingsGood environment. In house clinic, and other benefit. But in overall very low salary and yearly increment.
    The challengesLow salary.. I heard from senior staff, there is no salary review/adjustment in more than past 10 year. Work load

    Requirement of job position that able to adapt new environment with other jobs.
    The good thingsI work in Management Information System Department. I do enjoy a lot of different scale of job that request from other client, from the management into the headline production and also with the networking system. I learn to handle the filling management that related to the department, maintenance the headline production of the company, do daily backup and redundant data in server room, scrapping unusable computer components and manage the network system from host PC to other user or any devices like printer and scanner. I also able to format and fix the computer issues.
    The challengesThe biggest challenging in working at the company that I do have, I need to handle and maintenance the headline production of the company and managing the network system without a supervisor. In the workplace also require a lot of critical thinking to solve the problems and issues. It also need the better communication and independent to work as a team. Not even English, in need of learning Japanese to add new language to adapt in the workplace

    I'm handling much on machine maintenance and JIT workshop
    The good thingsThe environment is friendly makes me comfortable to be there. But that's based on my experience on 2012. Lots have changed now. Feel free to explore the exiting moment there. The food is good, there's a cafeteria inside the workplace, prayer room, sport recreation (Most of them played badminton). I was a trainee in 2012, not much about work i can tell. But hope this review helps. Thank you
    The challengesOne thing challenges me is when the time where you din't know what to do in solving the machine problem. That will make you do the troubleshooting while race in time to solve it as soon as possible. Guidance from Senior Technician is a must, Saves a lots of time and energy

    The good thingsThe best learning centre for any fresh graduate, as the Employer will nurture young talents in various departments. They will teach the employees on the essential skills which would benefit the employee in the long term career growth. In addition, Hitachi practises the Kaizen values which is originated from Toyota Production System (TPS), It is a system which made Toyoto as the global leader.
    The challengesTo achieve the daily production targets with continuous improvement activities (kaizen) been conducted on each production line. Achieving the daily target was extremely tough during the early phase of the Kaizen activity as there will be many human resistance to the changes made in the production line. The quality target set by Hitachi to achieve a low failure rate was also a big challenge.
