    The good thingsPerhaps acceptable good support from Corp service incl HR, Fin and IT
    The challenges1) All work and no play. There is no sports club activity or very inactive recreational activities for staff. 2) Some departments are very si-lo and does not work as one ( The new management failed to make everyone work together) 3) A lot of personal and political agenda in some teams .

    The challengesLess teamwork/communication from CEO. Work overload, need to work extra time everyday till night/weekend & Public Holiday. No life balance, poor management and working environment
