    The good things1. Consider good pay if you have obtained certain required technical certificates 2. Opportunities working in various projects and working with counterpart from different countries, divisions
    The challenges1. Rather high expectation on experienced employees as they are being tasked to deal with counterpart fro various countries, divisions, roles 2. Employee has to able to "swim" well; but then, there is always senior in the team who is ready to assist if needed
