    Need the improvement in management
    The good thingsGood place for the fresh graduate to get the experience in building their career. The co workers is very good and the employer have the big dream to achieve.
    The challengesFirst, the management in this company is quite smooth, which the top management didn't know how to appreciate their employees. I see the top management didn't care their best employee to left the company. Another things is, the company didn't clear to their employees about their job description.
