    Good for career growth
    The good thingsGood environment, gain more experience working with HL manufacturing. Good for your career growth. Nice office(Senai2) and very friendly coworkers. Some of The engineers are “very talented”.
    The challengesNeed to catchup wit sites dateline. Too many order from site. The subcon workers are very challenged in HL manufacturing. Everyday got meeting, from morning until 5:45pm. Daily update on wall chart but still not tally with site. ???

    I am in a design team of hongleong and i do shop drawing by component by component odf precast by using Autocad,sketch up and TEKLA and i can coordinate with maincon/subcon to discuss the respectives project
    The good thingsthe good things about this company is to do our respective jobs or work and it's nice to work with colleague and team.
    The challengesThe challenges working here is of course to meet the deadline urgently, but it is really helps to me to improve my skills and strength, potential's, and one more things sometimes the worker because sometimes they cannot read the drawing you need to teach or sketch easily to understand the drawings,
