    The challengesThe management often expects employees to work overtime without proper compensation, as overtime hours can only be claimed as time off rather than additional salary. This practice creates a significant imbalance between work and personal life, with employees frequently unable to leave work on time.

    Good Learning on the customer service
    The good thingsHaving good and fast opportunities for go into the next level which offer with the reasonable salary. Able to communicate with oversee person which able to get more exposes. Able to learn more knowledge regarding the Men's wear garment and perform good view for visual merchandiser.
    The challengesThe most challenges is too much of level inside the company which need to report by stage which not able let the staff make the decision on the time. Retail working hours with 6 day which longer and do not enough for rest and go. Area Manager keep changing which do not have same goal and way to perform the job.
