The good thingsI had the opportunity to work in a supportive and dynamic environment with exposure to a wide range of clinical cases specially maternity cases. The team is generally cooperative, and there are many good opportunities to enhance my clinical skills, decision-making, and patient management as this is a high volume patient clinic.
The challengesWorkload can be quite demanding, especially during peak hours. Staffing limitations at times can increase pressure on existing team members but the senior staff management are great which gives a balance to it.
