    Great while it lasts!
    The good thingsA great opportunity of white sheet of paper to make my drawing...so I thought. Anyway, the middle management and most of workforce is very open hearted and open arms in accepting a new change. Lots of learning that they were hoping and hungry for these many years.
    The challengesGood if able to align the directions between the top directors, to have common kaizen path towards company excellence. Not ready to open up to new methodologies and systematic approach towards operation. Data analysis is crucial to gauge the health of a company, not just the Sales numbers
