Busy body colleagues. why people throwing tantrum in the office?
The good thingsI really don't mind the heavy work load. i love working on the projects assigned to me. I'm a perfectionist i always wanted things on my way.but of course in real life often it turn out not the way we expected, especially there are people/authority involved in the decision making process. I'm a interior designer i just do my part and be responsible to my work assigned.
The challengesMore communications between colleagues/Project Leader(often i only be informed right after i had almost finish my work.It lead to more amendment and confusion to others).should have insist on more precise and accurate information before start a project! I hate people create false impression they are someone else or doing something they are not.colleagues & boss like to snatch other people credit.
