    Valueless Working Experience
The good thingsGood Colleagues the only things has there
The challenges1. The Management especially has no experience in handling the team. The Management with a stone-age thinking style. 2. High turnover rate because of an inexperienced management in the company. 3. No benefits for staff and doesn’t have any activity for staff to have fun or get together. 4. Work until died. Doesn’t have a work-life balance. Always disturb out of the working hour. Even on weekends. Don’t know how to respect the staff, especially the Management. 5. Don’t ever have growth opportunities. Doing unnecessary things which are not related to the job scope and the Company has an unclear vision and mission. Rubbish business plan.

Regret for not reading the reviews here
The good thingsSome colleagues are good and helpful. The parking is free at the roadside.
The challengesHigh turnover rate due to no proper structure in the organization and very bad management. All staff is required to work independently without guidance. It is common that staff are assigned tasks outside of their job scope. No staff benefit at all, only basic salary.

    Eye opening experience
The good thingsStaffs are made to station in office even there are close contacts and high risk within the company so company provide test kit and sanitising. Always learning due to constant re-designation and tasks given are always out of job scope and expertise. Welfare & benefits such as compulsory healthy drinks are given to some staffs as the company practices preferential treatment.
The challengesRequired to work independently without guidance and be smart to dissect and understand superiors’ vague and unclear instruction. Frequent need to work after office hour and weekends despite being stationed in office full time during office hours. No work life balance and no respect for personal life.

    Everyday is a learning opportunity
The good thingsWeekly COVID-19 self test & sanitising the office daily. Department members are able to work as a team. Every given task is a learning opportunity.
The challengesWork with minimal supervision in a fast pace environment. Staff welfare package and staff performance recognition reward could do better.

No guidance and bad working environment

    Poorly managed company
The good thingsThe working environment is fast pace but at the same time has nothing much going on. In short, staffs are constantly being brought around in circles and being tasked with different roles which are not within their expertise.
The challengesNo career development in the company as staff is constantly left to explore and trying to survive by themselves without guidance. All staffs are being tasked with work that is way outside the job scope.

    Poor management, no clear goal.
The good thingsNot recommended to work with this company.
The challengesVery bad management. No proper structure in organization. Every staff hired expected to do all non related job outside their job scope for multiple subsidiaries company. No job satisfaction. Even though, we suggested a good idea for company improvement, but top management still stuck at their 80s mindset. No room for improvement. High turnover rate due to messy organization. No two way communication between boss and staff. Top management will not accept their bad decision but put a blame on staff for every issues or problem arise.

The good thingsHealthy life style of working, take care of users, desktop / laptop, looking after the server maintenance support. Perform daily backup on the server, make sure all the system goes well and free from downtime and prevent hackers intruders into the server network.
The challengesIn terms of server down, the big challenges the management really depend on the vendor support to fix the problem if there is Windows OS being hack or hardware failure. For IT executive the roll is to make sure the server system goes well. If there is anything doesn't goes well, IT executive need to response diligently.
