    Knowledgeable with the project on going, the building structure and architectural design.
    The good thingsI can learn some new knowledge from my superior as they will guide me well. Sometimes, I can use the company car to do the site visit. I can have the other benefit like taking the annual leave.
    The challengesThe time management to be well planned before the commencement of the new project. Some of the building materials have to be well prepared. The workers have to be managed properly for daily routine.
