Many ups and downsThe good thingsThe company is still in progress to be at par as other MNC pharmaceutical company. We get guidance from the professionals and more vigilant towards cGMP and other countries requirement. The products were exported to many countries and business/ profits seems to increase well. More activities are scheduled to increase teamwork among staff and hopefully it succeed.
The challengesAlthough it was progressing, many quality issues need to be taken seriously by management. Quality and business cannot go parallel together without support from each department and management. Poor teamwork inter/intra department makes it harder as communication always went wrong and pointing finger is a tradition. But I believe this is personnel problems rather than company's issue.
