    If you are lucky u will be working under the right manager that will guide you the right way and also will give you the chance to growth. If the other way the manager dam clever to talk but will restrict you from growth. Anyhow they will not be with the staff side even you have all the prove that your manager is not responsible.

    I learn abundance of experience here and the staffs are very helpful!
    The good thingsOther staffs helpful and supportive in teaching me how to do all the tasks in the office. The first month i learned to acknowledge the tour packages that this company offering. Then, i was given training on how to calculate costing and other needed skills. I learn many new things like how to fill up the visa application and how to do travel insurance. This requires much understanding and the steps are pretty tricky but i managed to jot down notes on the steps so i can remember better. Working environment is so productive and i learn to strive doing better and better everyday. I am thankful that i am surrounded by nice and supporting people.
    The challengesOne of the main challenges for me is using the Sabre. However, i managed to solve this by practicing on how to use it. Plus, few of the staffs guide me on how to use it and even teach me few tricks to search the prices faster. I was uncomfortable at first but then i feel at ease as i able to overcome this challenging software.

    The good thingsLearn a lot of product knowledge and planning skills. Colleague tried their best to assist the new trainee even though they have very little time. Make a lot of bookings, tour planning, company annual party, public holiday, meeting with the suppliers to brief their new products. Birthday leave is a bonus. Overall good enough to build your future career.
    The challengesSome colleagues are full of ego, hard to maintain your position if you have them next to you and not helping you at all when you are in a critical situation. Sometimes it's frustrating if the customer always make some changes the plan when you have completed their travel plan. Commission based on yearly but not monthly. Overload works sometimes and had to go back home really late.

    The good thingsProvide good staff benefits i.e. birthday leave, company annual dinner trip within Malaysia & department annual trip. Besides, this company provides lots of motivation training to the staff i.e. self improvement class, in-depth product training if there is new product launch. Within same department colleagues are helpful and always there to support each other. Felt like a family working
    The challengesInter department should have more communication between each others. Many times i felt that individual department are not supporting each other but rather work as individually. Not much of collaboration between 2 different department.
