    Poor management and company culture
    The good thingsGood place if you have nothing much to ask in your life. Better if you are a person who can obey completely without asking much. Good place for people who do not like to follow rules and SOP even in a pandemic.
    The challengesPoor leadership and management. Big dreams but no proper execution. Love shortcuts and earn fast money. Assigning jobs and positions to people who have no experience in the industry. Backward thinking and slow in execution.

    A company that taught me what is sense of belonging
    The good thingsI appreciated every now. The sense of belonging I have with my current company, that I never had in MNC Holista. The people I work with in my current company, that I never had when I work with Pristin. The response I have in my current company, that I never had with Forti-5. Feel the world is great after leaving this company.
    The challengesTried to work very hard but often I am like talking to the wall. Typing to the server. Hard to get response from business partner, easy to get response internal but not conclusive.

    The good thingsTraditional and home style. Punctuality.
    The challengesStressed working here to catch punctuality. The company doesn’t care if you works overtime but u must report to work at sharp everyday. Management will try to give u a session even if you are 1-5 mins late. Management is exception

    Good ground to learn to be obedient
    The good thingsGood center to train you to become an obedient person. In the end, you find yourself as a ”Yes Man”. Every time just follow the instruction step by step, you can ask questions, especially you are being asked to ask a question, just follow. Besides, the company will not care on your education level. The most important is you listen and do, don't even raise out a single word.
    The challengesManagement keep mentioned "NO POLITIC" and no hierarchy will be allowed to form a peaceful working environment but the management is the source of the politic. you need to beware of the people around you. Don't try to think that your hard work will be appreciated because those people who are obedient, will be the winner. If you're looking for a good career path, please think twice

    The good thingsFocus on promotion, same old same old. Relaxing.
    The challengesHad a 40% pay cut while joining this company, did not last long as the management did not keep their promise. I don’t feel comfortable.

    The good thingsLiterally stress level is low. I have been with the company more than 5 years and I enjoyed the flexibility given by management, convenient location at Amcorp Mall where I can do my daily grocery before I head home.
    The challengesMost challenging thing to me is no challenges, maybe? Company with well known brands that will fly by itself, I do not need to do much.

    The good thingsLaid back. Believe in traditional way. Power flow from top to bottom. Do not need much strategic thinking, be a good executor.

    A company that is good for retirement
    The good thingsHigher management is creating lots job opportunities without direction. Hence employees are given free hand to perform. Your salary is all in. Many experienced staff in there. If you are a man, congratulations as you are having advantage in this company.
    The challengesNo career growth, no direction, no respect from the higher management. Not even freedom of speech. Company is generous to provide or sell employees short expiry or expired goods. No SOP not even social distancing and mask during the pandemic period. Need to be mentally strong as what you need to handle is not the job but the bosses.
