    The good thingsWFH, Flexi working hour can come as early as 7am,and clock out at 4.30pm. Get to present your proposal to the Top Management even you are just an exec. Various trainings provided, variety allowances. Team members are very helpful. Can see changes as HR is proactively do some improvements. Working hour is also shorten. Every month have employee activities.
    The challengesNeed to be resilient & never give up. Some superior tend to have rigid mindset as they've been staying in company for too long, loyalty is good but need to have some flexibility that goes along the new era.
