    Unstable organization
The good thingsonly good is the benefits , nothing more
The challengesunstability, too many times of organization restructuring, to many processes which makes works to complicated, very number oriented not employee. No empathy towards employee. Office politic very heavy its like man eating man world out there. Unpredictable direction to progress as the managers keep on changing

What doesn't kills me makes me stronger
The good thingsyou will get the chance to expose yourself globally to work with people from all around the world. There are a lot of trainings available online and in class including learning the latest technologies. A typical US Company which rewards based on results. A lot of career opportunities to explore within the companies. Salary is strictly based on annual superior appraisals. High salary for good performer.
The challengesNot a place for people seeking for relaxing work style. It is flexible but definitely not easy going. Constant pressure (OT, workload, more OT & more workload) is expected as this is a results oriented company. No pain no gain. Do not expect work life balance unless you are fine to live with work piling up at your backyard where multiple chasers knocking at your door every minute.

    Peace
The good thingsYou are are able to work peacefully with less stress. Just concentrate on your work and produce the result within the timeline, that is what the managements expectation. Opportunity to learn Working colleagues are friendly and willing to teach other, same goes with the managers.
The challengesJust when comes to certain feedback and updates (working together with government force) it will take some time. There is where I will have some difficulty to answer and explain to the management as their expectations are beyond that. Some easily understands it but some they don't really as they are exparts. Somehow it's manageable to convince them when we have a clear follow ups and updates.

The good thingsSalary on time (usually earlier of the month), High Claims for Overtime, Occasional Festive Celebration with the Team Members (Fine Dining), Very Challenging Environment (suitable for Technical Grads), Cooperative & Helpful Team Members, No Interference from Higher Management (Independent)
The challengesVery Low Salary (at least 40% lower than some company), Not Enough Manpowers across Multiple Projects, No Chance of Permanent Employment (so say Goodbye to those perks e.g. Medical, Car Loan), Very Stressful Environment (Say bye-bye to weekends), Work-Life Balance is basically non-existent, Salary Increment Very Low (only RM200 per year, yeah right somebody here is trying to fool us)

    Better than expected
The good thingsLocated strategically near to an LRT station. Great environment with multiracial colleagues to work with. The office's interior design is clean, crisp and modern. Colleagues and teammates are helpful and cooperative. Great for fresh graduates as you can learn a lot of skills from the training provided. The benefits offered are pretty decent too.
The challengesThe workload doesn't contribute to a fair work-life balance. The deadlines should be extended.

Okay exposure in industrial automation & IoT, stressful and unbalanced work-life
The good thingsMultinational corporation with extensive operation over the world, plus you'll get recognized easily by others. Well compensated and decent exposure on the equipment used within the operation.
The challengesUnbalanced life, stressful and need to coordinate many things between one another. High turnover rate, sometimes need to fill up the vacant position left by others - expect to handle many sites at once. Low recognization by higher ups, only expectation to save cost and avoid NCRs.
