Good for starting career, but not for long term career

The good thingsHigh salary for Klang area. Good seniors, willing to teach. Provide study leaves. No politics among colleagues.

The challengesQuestionable management. People are very cold to each other. Poor communication between upper management and employees. Applying AL, EL are slightly hard as you need to go thru 2 people for approval. Claim reimbursement takes a long time. (Around 3 months once). Sometimes we need to wear other hats like doing accounting work after busy season.

Good place to work as fresh graduates

The good things- Have nice and understanding seniors - The basic pay is average for klang area - Flexible, not too rigid ( dress code is more relaxed than usual audit firm) - Can learn a lot of different audit works - Yearly salary incremental - Provide study leaves

The challenges- No OT pays, compensated with study leaves - Too much things to handle, work life balance is kinda rough. - Need to rush during peak season ( it's normal for all audit firms) - Too quiet (not a problem for me) - The company facility is a bit old
