The challenges- HOD should have the authority on decision making to certain extend, however, due to family run business, the final say was always from family owner.
- Please do not take it for granted whenever your colleagues give you a hand. Colleagues should growth together instead of just waiting for the solution.
- Should have a clear cut for each department. Not everything just related to a particular department. This kind of action will seriously drag the productivity of that department as they need to handle a lot request that not related to them.
- Each employee should not be involved in the matters of other departments, even if that used to be your major.
