    Wonderful team member.
    The good thingsAll members and team leaders are great, we work together and also will help each other when face a problem. we are also like a \"siblings\" that create good relationship with team member. our manager also great and funny too. i think this is the best experienced I've got in this wonderful company. So the individual that work in this wonderful environment will feel same as me.

    The good thingsThe increment and bonus are always be credited to the account in the beginning of the year. Worked in a team that support each other. Worked under a very dedicated and responsible team lead which always willing to solve the problems and puzzles. Important Information/update is circulated at once with proper explanation.
    The challengesVery demanding lady boss who expected all staff to fully committed at work by working staggered hours or come back on every weekend. Lady boss who tend to take things or overview it too individuality or personality, in other words, lack of professionalism. Worked under supervision of someone who disallow staff to chat during working hours, this is ridiculous as all staffs are working adult.
