    The good thingsThe best part when you work in HLYM is about the work environment. For me im fresh graduate student this is my first job so im happy to working here. The good part of the work is the work experience about Injection moulding. Press shop, welding machine and the system of the factory.
    The challengesThe working system well need to do more improvements such as safety, if you want try to help them, fill free to join.

    The good thingsA well-known automobile company that manufacture mopeds, scooters and big bikes. I have learnt on the basic need of an engineer to collect data, observations, data analysis and people skill. As an engineer, the data collected need to be analysed, structured, evident, propose for improvement. In addition, professional communication with the operators to understand the actual process flow to assist on my studies.
    The challengesThe overall assessment given to my were one of the basic engineer should know for the operation. The challenges was the people skills that I acquired from this internship as I am required to collect information and cross-check data with the operators in the factory.

    Place to learn self-independence.
    The good thingsThe people here are friendly and warm. Most of them are able to converse well in English. The company provides good health benefits + incentives to its employees who are willing to work the extra mile for the company. Also, the working environment is good and systematic since it follows strictly to 5S rules and has won numerous awards in that category. Trust is also given to the employees in terms of attendance since you're not asked to clock in your time in and time out daily.
    The challengesYou can only apply for claims using Hong Leong bank credit card. The colleagues are mostly too busy with their own work and not willing to teach/help, so high level of independence is required if you wish to work here. However, you do get a lot of chances to improve your presentation and communication skills from this. Lack of privacy as there are no partitions between working desks in the office.

    The challengesOperational policy is traditional and rigid. Transformation change is slow. High expectation in employee's performance with limited remuneration returns in most cases.
