    Very well organized company, but a deteriorating structure
    The good thingsOn the outside, it is well organized, but in the inside, the way their organization and flowchart on construction works are terrible. Seniors are not knowledgeable and do not have experience in coordinating projects, leaving all the juniors to deal with it without any experience and authority, making our works delayed and getting scolded for not performing well
    The challengesNo Challenges, average pay, and a huge load of works to do.
